Founded by Owen Masnachwr prior to the Clone Wars. FDWS served as a domestic droid company producing many profitable models. However production shifted once the Clone Wars began from domestic droid production to Battle Droids. FDWS continued to grow and expanded into various other weapons systems. Currently they offer a wide range of products.

(FDWS has been around since before the launch of Star Wars Galaxies and continues to have a presence in the game. We are on the Starsider server and take part in many events, quests, zones and instances.)

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors serves as a governing body for FDWS. It resolves any disputes, answers questions, and provides support to our members.

Departments

FDWS is a small organization and as a result we only have three divisions or departments.

• Manufacturing - Responsible for Weapons, Droids, and Systems Construction (Crafters)
• Security - Responsible for Corporate Security, Ensuring data integrity (PvE, PvP)
• Logistics - Responsible for Space lanes Transport, Delivery, and Protection (Pilots)

The Employee handbook serves as guidelines for being a team member of FDWS.

Employee Conduct

1. Employees must act in reasonable manner and in good conduct when representing the corporation.
2. We do not tolerate griefing, begging, spamming of any kind.
3. We highly encourage but do not require Role Playing at all times
4. We are casual game players of various ages.
5. We have no age requirements other than you act in a mature manner.
6. Real life comes first don't feel bad if you need time off.

Disputes and Complaints

Any issues you have with any members or non-members please address them with the CEO: Gwreng. We will act in a reasonable manner to resolve the dispute.
